I had my hair done yesterday.. it was a wash, cut, blow dry & partial highlights.. I was a bit scared about damaging my hair as I had not coloured my hair in 5 years.. My stylist's name is Rene'. She was amazing.. We had a 15 min consultation. She put my fears to rest.. She took her time (full 3 hrs) and did an AMAZING job. In fact, we (+ receptionist) were the only ones left by the time she finished.. I have never received these many compliments from one change as I did today.. I highly recommend this salon, especially with Rene'... Also, there was no sales pitch.. just the facts..

Wonderful from start to finish! I got my haircut at Byblos for the first time last night and I love it! Everyone in the salon was friendly and attentive. I've been looking for a stylist I trust since moving to Ottawa... I had a wonderful experience at Byblos and will definitely be back! The makeover video playing in the lobby is fantastic; the transformation was inspiring! Sophia did a fabulous job of giving me a flattering, modern look while keeping in mind that I'm a low-maintenance kind of girl...
